This trip was awesome. The accomodations were top notch and the Melanated safari crew were the best. From the hike of Mt. Kilimanjaro to golfing at Kilimanjaro country club, every detail was awesome and surpassed expectations. The Serengeti Safari was spectacular with a very friendly and knowledgeable guide that knew where to find every kind of animal and when to look for them. The ballon ride over the Serengeti was an unforgetable experience. The camp site on the Serengeti would rival a 5 star hotel with luxury and the chef was incredible. Meeting local tribes was another highlight of the safari excursion, seeing and talking to them about their daily life. The final part of my trip was to Zanzibar where I was greeted by yet another very friendy Melanated safari associate who transported me to the North tip of the island where I stayed in the Zuri hotel that rivaled any hotel I had ever experienced from the luxurious room with outdoor hot tub and hammock on the patio, to the stunning beach scenes, to the outstanding food experience.
